discovery call
step one
I'll start with your introduction and your current work, getting a sense of where you're at. Feel free to bring whatever helps you express your vision: inspiration, images, phrases, paintings, mementos, or even a moodboard of your own if you have one. I'd love to see how your brain works.
We'll talk timelines and deliverables, but just as much, I want to know the story behind the brand: who you are, what moves you, and why you started.
We'll meet in person when possible, because presence says things words can't. This is where we find out, together, if it's a fit.

ONBOARDING &
BRAND QUESTIONNAIRE
step one
You'll receive a customized proposal that includes creative rates and variable costs for your project.
Once the proposal is signed, we'll set a date, and I'll send a brand questionnaire shaped by our conversation, not a generic form. It goes deeper, into who you serve, what sets you apart, and how the images will be used. I return to it throughout planning, building the moodboard, and shaping the vision into something real.

PLANNING
step one
This is where the vision becomes structure. I handle locations, models, stylists, and assistants, along with timelines and wardrobe guides; you bring the products, props, and clothing itself, unless a stylist's involved.
You simply approve as it comes together.
The moodboard isn't meant to be replicated, it's orientation that trains the eye, so by the time we shoot, we already know what we're looking for. Structure creates freedom, and it's what lets the photoshoot become a creative flow rather than a search.

This is the moment we've been waiting for. Relax, take a breath, and let yourself show up fully. The structure is already in place, which means you don't have to be. Creative direction sets the environment, and within it, the real, natural moments have room to happen on their own.

THe gallery
step one
Once the shoot wraps, I cull and lightly edit the images, then upload everything to your gallery through Pic-Time. You'll choose your favorites, and I'll finish each one, making sure the edits are consistent with any final touch-ups needed. From there, your high-resolution images are yours to download.

Do you offer retainer contracts?
Totally, once we have at least one shoot under our belt, we can chat about what monthly or quarterly retainers would look like.
How many projects do you take on each quarter?
I take on a limited amount of projects each quarter/month to ensure I am able to give clients my best energy.
I LOVE to travel out of state. However, I do have a travel fee and the travel costs are considered variable costs that the client covers. I will be in charge of booking lodging and/or flights but everything will be pre-approved before booking.
Do you travel? How do travel expenses work?
For most projects, at least 1-2 months in advance to give us time to plan, receive shipped out products, book studios, hire models, etc. So if you are looking to get on the books, reach out sooner than later!
How far in advance do you book out?
Fill out an inquiry form and you will receive an email to schedule a discovery call so we can chat about working together!
How do we book?
Do you offer payment plans?
Abso-frickin-lutely. I know first-hand how spooky it can feel investing in yourself and your brand can be, especially in this economic climate. When images aren't the only thing you are investing in, it can add up quickly... (website, designer, marketing, coaches, products, subscriptions, you name it). I gotchu. Plus, price accessibility is important to me.
Our projects are typically split into two payments, the initial deposit at the time of signing the contract at the beginning of the project, then the second portion will be due at the time of the shoot. If you need to break it down more, reach out and we can work something out.
There is a non-refundable deposit is due at the time of the booking. Depending on the reschedule or cancel, the rest of the payment will still be due at the time of the original shoot. Your deposit can go towards one reschedule.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
I prefer not to alter anyone's appearance or image. I believe it is important to normalize our unique imperfectly perfect raw beauty. I am happy to remove anything temporary like blemishes, rashes, bruises, and scratches upon request. This is a safe space to express any concerns or insecurities you have, and I will do my best to use accommodating posing when necessary.
Can you photoshop me?
Do not fret! We will go over wardrobe and looks when we plan the shoot. I also offer styling as an add-on service if you are looking to take some pressure off of styling yourself.
What do I wear? Do you offer wardrobe styling?
You will have access to watermarked preview images to choose selects from. Even once the final selects have been chosen, I will professionally process and edit the images to the correct resolution and image requirements.
Your gallery will stay up for one year, and you are welcome to purchase more images and usage.
Do you give RAW Images?
I am happy to scout our location and models. Please keep in mind that locations & models are apart of variable costs.
Do you model and/or location scout for us?
Personal branding is for individuals or small teams to showcase who they are as a brand, what they do, what working with them can look like. It focuses on showing personality to spice things up and help their audience connect with them as a brand.
(This is a great service for service-based brands such as designers, artists, coaches, and photographers.)
Product & Product Lifestyle shoots are for brands wanting to showcase their products for social, web, and print usage.
What is the difference between Personal Brand and Product/ product lifestyle & Commercial Brand?
As of right now, Colorado
Where are you based?
Do you offer reels or videos for TikTok?
I do have an option to add iPhone BTS videos for reels and TikTok.
I currently do not offer videography as a full service, but I do know some incredibly talented humans who might be interested in teaming up on the project as well. I am happy to send over some referrals.
How long have you been doing photography for?
9 years total. Started in highschool, side hustled through college & while working working a 9-5 office job, and now I've been full-time for the last 3 years!
Moving forward, I will not be taking on family portraits and I will only be taking on a select few weddings and engagements each year. So if you are set on wanting me on your big day, shoot me an email and we can chat to see if it would be a good fit. Otherwise, I've got some stellar recommendations for you!
Do you still photograph weddings, engagements, and families?
